Arellano Global ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the Growth OS product, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access the Growth OS website at growthos.to, the onboarding experience (including our intake forms, AI chat assistant, and AI voice assistant), the Growth OS platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Arellano Global operates internationally, including from Mexico, and engages service providers located in the United States and elsewhere; this Policy and the rights below reflect that.
For data you submit through the Service, Arellano Global acts as the data controller (in Mexico, the "responsable"). Where we process data on behalf of a business customer, we act as a processor under that customer's instructions and a separate Data Processing Agreement.
By using the Service you acknowledge the practices described here. For our AI chat and AI voice features, we ask for your consent at the point of collection (see Section 3).
Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, business name, billing information, booking details, intake-form responses, and (where you connect them) social or CRM account details necessary to deliver the Service.
AI chat & voice content. When you use our AI chat assistant or accept an AI voice call, we process the messages you send and the words you speak in order to respond and to prepare your onboarding. We store the resulting transcripts. We do not retain audio recordings of voice calls — only the transcribed text.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, access times, and pages viewed, via cookies and server logs.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to operate the AI-assisted onboarding (chat, voice, intake processing); to process transactions and send related notices; to communicate with you about your account, updates, and — where permitted — promotional offers (from which you may opt out); to analyze usage; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required (for example under the GDPR), we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and compliance with law.
Growth OS uses artificial intelligence to assist with onboarding:
AI chat assistant. Conversations on our site may be handled by an automated AI assistant rather than a human. Your messages are processed by our AI provider to generate responses and are stored as transcripts.
AI voice assistant. If you request a call, an automated AI voice assistant — not a human — may call the phone number you provide. At the start of every call the assistant discloses that it is an AI. The call is transcribed and the transcript is stored; the live audio is not recorded or retained. Standard carrier message-and-data rates may apply.
You may decline or end an AI interaction at any time, ask to speak with a human by emailing hey@growthos.to, and request deletion of your chat or voice transcripts (see Sections 8 and 9).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers ("sub-processors") that operate the Service on our behalf, limited to what each needs to perform its function:
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulation, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
Because we operate internationally and use the providers above, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your own country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for these transfers. For individuals in Mexico, transfers are made consistent with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function without them. Where required, we obtain consent before non-essential analytics tracking.
We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within ninety (90) days of account termination, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, tax and financial records). AI chat and voice transcripts collected during onboarding are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months and then purged, unless you request earlier deletion or the law requires otherwise. Voice-call audio is not retained at all.
Mexico (LFPDPPP) — ARCO rights. You may request Access to, Rectification of, Cancellation of, or Opposition to the processing of your personal data, and may revoke your consent. Submit ARCO requests to hey@growthos.to. If you believe your rights have not been honored, you may contact Mexico's data-protection authority (INAI).
European Economic Area & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any right, contact hey@growthos.to. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
The Service is intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and will delete such information promptly if we become aware of it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
The data controller is Arellano Global, operating the Growth OS product. For users in Mexico, the LFPDPPP and its regulations apply; for users in the EEA/UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR applies; for California residents, the CCPA / CPRA applies. Except where mandatory local law governs, this Policy is otherwise interpreted under the laws applicable to the Company, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
