This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and services purchased through the Growth OS platform operated by Arellano Global LLC. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
A full refund of the setup fee and any prepaid subscription charges may be issued if the AI automation system has not yet been activated on your account. If you request a cancellation before your setup is complete and before the AI system has been deployed and activated, you are eligible for a complete refund.
Once the setup process is complete and the AI automation system has been activated on your account, refunds are no longer available. This is because the activation of the AI system involves dedicated infrastructure provisioning, proxy configuration, campaign setup, and ongoing operational maintenance costs that are incurred immediately upon activation.
After AI activation, the resources allocated to your account are actively working on your behalf, regardless of whether you choose to monitor or engage with the results.
In the event that the AI automation system experiences downtime or operational disruption due to causes attributable to Growth OS (not third-party platform changes or account-specific issues), we will compensate affected subscribers with additional complimentary days added to their active subscription. The number of compensatory days will correspond to the duration of the service interruption.
This compensation will be applied automatically or upon request to hey@growthos.to and represents the sole remedy for service interruptions after AI activation.
You may cancel your Growth OS subscription at any time by contacting our support team at hey@growthos.to. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days within a billing cycle after cancellation.
Cancellation does not generate a refund for any previously billed subscription periods or setup fees incurred after AI activation.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hey@growthos.to within thirty (30) days of the charge. We will review the matter and, if the charge was indeed made in error, issue a correction or refund as appropriate.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for charges that were properly authorized under these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue collection of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.
To summarize: refunds are available only if the AI system has never been activated. Once setup is complete and the AI is live, we compensate service disruptions with additional free days on your subscription rather than monetary refunds. You are free to cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. By using the Service or registering for any Growth OS plan, you accept this Refund Policy in its entirety.
